Warm and inviting

I tested this one at 5% in my room and body base and at that rate the florals really stand out. That wasn’t what I am going for so I will retest at a 1% concentration and see if it mellows out. Since it takes a few weeks to a month for my scents to fully cure, I opted for to blend with salt at 2% and put on my wax warmer. Even at a lower usage rate, the ambery richness leads, which would be a good option for my warmer climate in the winter months, a little too heavy for desert heat.

All that to say, my testers liked it. I think it should be called Amber instead of white cashmere. We expect more musk from the cashmere title.

Cashmere a la Simbi

I've sampled cashmere scents from several different suppliers, and was pleased to find Simbi's version was different. I haven't loved how generic some cashmere scents are, and some that are cloying rather than cozy. I wouldn't have even ordered this if I hadn't fallen in love with Lingering Desire and searched for other fragrances with the "cloudberry" note, because it's enchanting. I also love how Simbi does violet, so I knew this one would be good.
I primarily make perfumes, and this one blossomed. It has a high usage rate, but as with many other Simbi scents, less is more. I did 15% in PA, as well as another at 25% in PA, and I found the 15% was perfect for me.
The 25% brought out a little more of the smoked vanilla, while the 15% had a fresher, airier quality, while still maintaining the coziness of the base notes.

The best cashmere there is!

I tend not to like cashmere scents so much, but this! It's absolutely gorgeous. It's light at 3% in cp Himalayan sea salt soap. Discolored to light tan which is exactly what I'd hoped for, no ricing or acceleration. The scent is still amazing after cure and didn't morph, it's just light. Next time, I'll use 5%.

I've also used it in jojoba oil as perfume, room spray at 5% in alcohol based spray, and as a body mist (which my 10yo daughter loves).

This scent is a MUST HAVE!

CP Soap

I tested this fragrance at a 5% use rate in cp soap. It slowed down trace for me, by a lot! It stayed fluid and extremely runny for what seemed like ages. This one would be great for your intricate swirls! 3 days in, it has discolored to a light caramel color, and the scent retention is closer to the medium end, but still very soft and beautiful.

I haven’t it yet getting a diffuser for Mother’s Day, but I smelled it in my daughter’s house and I loved it. That’s why I ordered it.
