I used this at 3% in cold process Himalayan sea salt soap. There was no ricing, no acceleration, and absolutely no discoloration. This scent is light, delicate, and just beautiful. It really shines in this soap. After 3 months, the scent remains and smells beautiful.
I got this one from a mystery bag purchase, and I used it in CP soap at 5% FL. It soaped beautifully, no issues at room temp. I didn't have any discoloration; however, I added yellow and orange mica to my batter, and didn't have any problems with the colors.
I tested this one at a 5% use rate in cold process soap. It did accelerate some in my batter, but remained at manageable, medium trace 15 minutes later. It took on a light, pinkish tint in batter. 3 days in, it has a good scent retention and has discolored slightly to a pinkish almond tan color.
I am still on the fence with this scent. I am really hoping it comes alive in my wax… the jury is still out with this one
This fragrance is a heavy hitter in Titan 51104, especially when paired with Premier wicks and given a good cure time. Seriously, both cold and hot throw are 10/10. This is a fun and clean breezy scent that I am renaming Mermaid Whispers for my candle line. If you have not tried this one, you need to!
