CP Soaping Notes: Easy to work with, and it slightly slowed down trace. Turns a bright yellow during the cure which goes with the scent name. Strong scent retention after six weeks.

Bright and uplifting

From the moment you catch its bright, citrusy notes, you can't help but feel uplifted and joyful. It's like stepping into a world of endless possibilities, where every moment is filled with warmth and happiness. The top notes of fresh grapefruit, cassis, and blood orange burst forth with energy, while the heart notes of ylang-ylang, warm jasmine, and herbaceous greens add depth and complexity. And at the base, white sandalwood, sheer amber, and Tahitian vanilla bean provide a soft, comforting finish that lingers on the skin like a gentle caress. What I love most about this fragrance is its ability to brighten even the dreariest of days. It's like a ray of sunshine, casting its warm glow over everything it touches. And while it may be on the weaker side, I find that using a higher concentration (1-2% in body products) ensures that its uplifting scent stays with me throughout the day.

Lovely Scent

Bright Sunshine is a lovely scent and understand why it’s so popular. I used the scent in soy wax candles and although the CT was amazing, I wasn’t able to get the HT I was hoping for. I used 464 Soy wax at 10% FO. I used an HTP Wick and cured for two weeks before testing. I do plan to try again with the addition of coconut wax and CD wicks. Until I get a better HT, I won’t be able to sell this fragrance in my line, but I’m not giving up hope

Beautiful in body oil

This is a lovely and delicate scent. It works very well in body oil. It’s a great feminine scent if you don’t prefer heavy floral scents. It’s not sweet or cloying…just a light, pleasing fragrance.

Powdery

I thought it would be one of my faves considering it’s one Simbi’s top sellers. It smells good but it has this powdery fragrance that I’m just not a fan of. My family and customers love it though. Guess it’s just not my cup of tea. Anyway, I’ve used it in parasoy wax blend at 10% with wooden wick candles in 6oz, 8oz, and 10oz vessels. 7/10CT and 8/10HT for me regardless of vessel size. I tried it with a room spray base and it did better as a room spray.
