One of my absolute favorites. I see most reviews rave about Juniper Berry Woods being the perfect "holiday" scent and that's true. However, this fragrance is so much more than that, and could be used at any time of year because it's magical! ;) I tested in cold process soap at 5%. This definitely moves (at 90 degrees there was moderate acceleration with hand-stirring only) so be prepared. The soap eventually turned a light honey color, and the scent came through medium to strong. My personal notes from the test batch include this sentence: "USE IN EVERYTHING - SO GOOD!" Soooo, yeah. :)
This oil is gorgeous and performed AMAZING at 8% in my beeswax blend! Truly a glorious holiday scent.
We made this into candles with soy-coco wax and it sold out quickly at our Christmas market. The juniper does come through in this scent, and it’s just lovely. A nice alternative to the expected evergreen pine scent for winter and holiday candles.
I didn’t really like the scent out of the bottle. However, I put in in wax and it smell GREAT. It’s a good blender too.
Juniper Berry is a must-have! I love how fresh and clean it smells—it’s the perfect pine holiday scent without being overpowering. And don’t be fooled, the hot and cold throw are still strong even at just 8%.
