Soaping Notes: Soaped via CP method using the lowest recommended FO percentage. There was no ricing nor acceleration and there was endless time for swirls. Discolors to dark brown. Scent retention is strong after six weeks.

I tested this fragrance at the maximum use rate permitted by IFRA, 4.59%, in cold process soap. It accelerates (still manageable) to a medium trace within 10 minutes. The batter took on a yellow hue, and the soap discolored to a cedar brown color 3 days in. It has a great scent retention.

Intoxicatingly Beautiful and Balanced

Um. Just delish! I absolutely love how sweetly nuanced this is with vanilla and the tobacco adds an edgy appeal. I'm not one for sweet fragrances but this seems again balanced with the tobacco and burns very well in soy wax at 8%. I can see it being used in fall, but I like it for year round. Mixed it with a nice blend of coconut and jojoba oil for any after shower oil--a little goes a a long way.

Intriguing!

This is one I figured I would like, but I actually LOVE it! I renamed it Smokey Mountain and make in CP Soap and it is very nice! Any man on a gift list would appreciate to have this! The smokiness is just right - strong enough to smell but not too strong that it is a turn off. I mean, I just love this one!

YES!

I always begin by putting fragrance in wax to really get an overall idea of the actual fragrance before I begin testing for load %, wick, etc. I put in at 7% in Coco83, using CDN wick and WOW this thing thew like a slingshot. In an open area space, it filled the room! Not overpowering but nice, steady scent. I was impressed with performance. I also really liked the fragrance balance of tobacco & vanilla, and I love the addition of light tart fruit & tonka. Surprisingly a new favorite!
