Soaping Notes: Soaped via CP method using the lowest recommended FO percentage. There was slight ricing and no acceleration with enough time for swirls. Discolors to a light yellow fairly quickly and has strong scent retention.

Lush and immersive; not sickly sweet

This is a juicy fragrance that leans bright to tone down the sweetness so it's not overwhelming. The luscious fruit you can almost imagine being swollen with juice but the citrus brightens the composition so it completely works in the bright sector rather than candied or sugary sweet. The balsamic woods again work to modulate the sweetness while the white musk smooths the notes into a smooth composition that tips to brightness. Beautiful fragrance. I like it alone and also paired with an effervescent grapefruit fragrance. This would works well on its own, but could also work with other woodsy, citrus, and airy fragrances.

Move over Baies, this is our Currant favorite

Great job on this Simbi original. I love currant notes and this one did not disappoint. I have used it in my room and body spray base at 10% and also a mystery amount that is higher ( my scales batteries were running out on that one) but the higher concentration truly exhibits the nuances of this scent. The currant and pomegranate bring a sweet and slightly tart quality while being beautifully feminine and the most subtle hint of rose. Do yourself a favor and get this oil. Also did a mix with Mirrorball that I absolutely love… and can’t stop singing Taylor swift in my head while I work with that one.

Slept on!

I received this fragrance in a mystery sampler and couldn't believe how gorgeous it was! I made some lotions with it at 2% (didn't have any issues with discoloration or separation) and it smells phenomenal. How did I never try this one on my own?
