YUZU TEA PERFECTION

I am a *huge* yuzu fan in real life, so anything that promotes itself as yuzu forward is signing themselves up for high expectations. Well, this meets AND exceeds those expectations.

For starters, this one is strong. Don't judge it out of the bottle. Get this in some wax and let it sing to you. I used 8% in wax and probably could have gone down to 7%, but my wick liked it, so 8% it was.

It's the most gorgeous, luxurious tea aroma that's both comforting and cozy yet invigorating. Don't judge this one out of bottle, as you'll get more lemon forward. Get it in product and let it sing to you! It's a yuzu tea harmony!

*received as part of a mystery bag purchase*
I'm really glad I got this in a mystery bag, because I already had White Tea & Thyme AND a variant version of it, so I wouldn't have ordered this one myself, but I'm glad I got a chance to experience the range, because they're so different! While WTT is more herbal, this one is gorgeous citrus. Not sharp citrus; a soft, mellow, melt-in-your-mouth kind of citrus. I tried this in FCO at 15% for diffuser beads, and found it to have a really strong cold throw, especially for smaller spaces (like a car), so I will be stepping that down to 10% to try. I also did 5% in chunky salts to warm, and the mellow, cozy tea notes came through more in warm than in cold medium. The cold medium felt more like soft and sweet citrus, like a sugared lemon with mellow tea in the background.
This scent is beautiful. It feels refreshing but cozy at the same time.

CP Soap

If you like Japanese Citrus Garden, you'll be sure to love this one too! I couldn't settle on a favorite between the two and ended up ordering bigger bottles of both. I love this one in a room spray, and it behaved very nicely in cold process soap at 5% as well (no issues with ricing or acceleration, only the slightest discoloration to a cream, and a fabulous retention). Recommend!

This. This! I really like it. Almost better than White Tea and Thyme, honestly. But, I'm still keeping White Tea (because it's that good too). This one is different enough to keep both. My wax melts haven't been melted yet. I use C55 at 10% load. After making my melts, I almost feel I could have used 8% on this one. I think it's going to be a thrower. It's strong.
