An artisan discovery set featuring eleven Cottagecore:Folklore fragrances in 2 oz sizes. 

The set includes:

Lingering Desire - Norwegian cloudberries, coastal air and blood orange zest provide a hint of brightness above rhubarb and wild lavender grounded in a rich, commanding base of natural driftwood, golden amber and evening musk.

Violet Dreams - Fresh lakeside air, citrus-forward bergamot and mature strawberries folded into a bouquet of wild violet hills, white jasmine and lily of the valley over a luxurious base of velvet amber and creamy woods.

Favorite Cardigan - A comforting blend of champagne, fresh pineapple leaves and sun-drenched almond blossoms intertwined with lily of the valley, night blooming jasmine and peony petals above sugared sandalwood, golden amber and creamy musk.

Late Night Muse - Sheer vanilla and midnight ozone infused with night blooming jasmine and earthy pollen above a luxurious base of vanilla absolute, patchouli and golden musk.

Quill & Ink - Rustic notes of hand pressed paper, cozy ozone and hay fill the air alongside earthy quill feathers and faint aged tobacco leaves with a whisper of vintage waxed writing desks and black ink.

Vanilla Tobacco - Aged tobacco leaves are perfectly wrapped in Tahitian vanilla pods, ceremonial cacao and tonka bean absolute above a deep finish of dried fruits and earthy woods. Our interpretation of Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille.

Slumber Party - Indulge in an array of fresh raspberry macaroons, candied fruit, and your favorite cereal as you sip on bergamot citrus tea in a blossoming atrium. Our interpretation of Otherland's Silk Pajamas.

Eucalyptus Mint - Breathe in the soothing notes of eucalyptus and spearmint carried in the wind alongside young peppermint, herbaceous clary sage and wild violets above an earthy base of oak moss, sandalwood and white musk.

Mirrorball - Illuminating grapefruit zest and fresh jasmine petals set the scene above Damask rose, green stems and summer fruits with a sensual base of soft woods, vanilla bourbon and creamy musk.

Morning Mist - Brisk morning air and a cloud of mist greet you at sunrise as they carry the earthy aromas of fresh tree sap and dewy moss alongside a lingering trail of chilled juniper bark, damp cashmere woods and white musk.

Picnic in the Park - Relax on your picnic blanket as elderflowers and ripe strawberries lend their sweetness to the afternoon breeze, picking up notes from your black tea and the surrounding wildflowers above a warm base of soft woods and golden amber. Our interpretation of a ritzy Central Park retreat.

I love the scents. This collection of fragrances can stand alone as a beautiful aroma. I will make a collection of candles for the fall.

Something for Everyone

I got this set, and really liked most of them. It's truly amazing what SIMBI creates. I used most of these in room sprays and perfumes/colognes. I've tried a couple in soaps, as well. None of the ones I tried in soap had any adverse effects - ricing, accelerating, etc. Mirrorball, Picnic, and Slumber Party were all great for soap. Every scent is completely different, and each one can grab a different audience. Like most of SIMBI's oils, you can't judge them OOB, you have to put them in product.

This collection is one that I seriously couldn’t wait to get my hands on & it didn’t disappoint! Each FO is perfectly blended to create the most beautiful and thoughtful collection! Cannot recommend enough!

This is a collection worth getting! Like with any sampler, I have many I love, some I like, and a couple I don’t see myself using in my line, but because taste in fragrance is so variable, you’re sure to find a lot of useful (and wonderful) scents in this collection. I adore the uniqueness of Quill & Ink. Picnic in the Park really opened up and became so nuanced in wax. Mirrorball isn’t one I would have chosen OOTB, but it became so alive and nuanced in my coco/olive wax blend. Lingering Desire and Favorite Cardigan are so comforting and make me feel like I’m cozying up with a good book and a cup of tea. There’s something for everyone in this box! There is enough oil in each bottle to make a couple tester candles, and as some are total surprises as they blossom, you owe it to yourself to give the whole collection a chance. Simbi has done it again!
