The Pumpkin You've Always Wanted

I waited two years for Simbi to finally introduce a pumpkin scent. When they did, I had high expectations, and those expectations were met and exceeded!

This is for makers that want an authentic pumpkin patch aroma. The pumpkin is at the forefront, but there's also the vines, the earth beneath your feet, the brisk autumn air, and a whiff of hay and barn wood far in the distance reminding you that you need to pay for this pumpkin before you leave!

If you want an authentic pumpkin that performs like a dream in wax, this is it! I've tried them ALL and nothing compares to this.

I tested this fragrance at the IFRA max, 4.51%, in cold process soap. It definitely thickened my trace! However, it remained at a medium consistency for a good 20 minutes, which was more than enough time to get it into the mold. 3 days in, it has a very potent, spice forward scent retention and has discolored a little to a light shortbread tan color. That's pretty amazing, considering many pumpkin scents go dark brown! This one likely won't affect any colors, not by much, anyway.

Earthy, green with hints of sweet pumpkin spice sprinkled in

Not your typical pumpkin spice smell! This here is autumn air, falling leaves, hayrides, pumpkin picking at your local fall festival, getting subtle whiffs of homemade fall treats in the air! It's so good, but unfortunately it did not sell well for me last fall! I will probably try it again for fall 2026 with a different name. Hopefully it'll sell better because I want this to be a fall staple in my collection! Used in coconut/soy wax, 7% FO (will try 8% FO next time), HT 8.5/10. CT 9/10. Smells stronger the longer it cures.

Terrible smell. Made my house foggy and my smoke detectors go off!

You've mentioning loving pumpkin, but that it didn't work in an unauthorized diffuser where you didn't dilute it with any solvent or preservatives. We've discussed at length via email with you that our fragrance oil is a raw material that is not a finished product. We walked you through steps you could take to have this work as a home fragrance, and we hope that you were able to get great use out of it in one of the applications we recommended.
