I purchased a few 2-oz samples, and OOB, this one didn’t impress me - it was very heavy on the ginger notes, and I couldn’t pick up much else. I decided to test it in a small candle, and to my surprise, after curing for a few days, it turned into a very cozy and pleasant fragrance. The hot throw is on the lighter side 8/10, but I think it’s perfect for this scent profile.
True masala chai scent
I absolutely love this fragrance. I decided to mix it with a cinnamon element and now this is one of my best sellers for candle scents.
I used this at 3% in cold process Himalayan sea salt soap, the scent retention is STRONG. It's spicy and more of a food chai smell, not a sweet chai. Nevertheless, it smells incredible! No ricing, no acceleration, and my customers have been peasantly surprised once they've smelled it!
I really enjoy this scent. It is a strong ht/ct in coconut soy wax. I like that it’s more authentic/ tea smelling rather than sweet and creamy. It’s a very earthy Marsala scent. Very well done.
