Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

In order to ensure quality control of all of our fragrance oils, all sales are final and non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective products. We highly suggest you begin your journey with our fragrances in the smallest size possible to perform all of the necessary testing for your products prior to investing in larger quantities. Simbi Fragrance assumes no liability for any issues with finished products created using our ingredients. 



Orders cannot be modified once placed. By placing your order you agree that everything within your order is correct, including the address, product sizes and amounts.



Only place an order with Simbi Fragrance if you're able to open and review your order within 72 hours of it arriving. If there are any issues with the order, including an item being defective, damaged due to leakage, or if you received an incorrect item, you'll need to contact us by emailing within this time frame along with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and either issue a replacement or credit your account. We are unable to honor requests after this timeframe. Simbi Fragrance reserves the right to request return of product or a sample for inspection prior to issuing a refund. 



In order to uphold the best possible product for our customers, we are unable to resell any fragrance oil returned to us. Because of this, we cannot accept any rejected or returned items for refunds, including undeliverable packages. Orders that were rejected and sent back to us, may also be subject to any subsequent additional shipping costs we incur due to the rejection. This will be billed to the credit card number on file. 

Packages that were returned due to having an incorrect or otherwise undeliverable address can be re-sent out on a case by case basis if we're contacted prior to receiving the parcel. Additional shipping fees may be required.
